Another reason for much consumption of eggs by people is because they can be eaten any time of the day and they can be prepared in any preferred way. Furthermore, egg prices are cheap and affordable unlike other way. Furthermore, of large number of eggs have its side effects.

Children usually between 2-8 years are the ones that can show signs of this within few hours or days of eating an egg. I usually consider this an allergy but I do not know what scientist can say. Since an egg has higher rich in protein, when it is taken repeatedly the body reacts to it through appearance of acne in the face. Therefore, it is advisable for people to take a certain number of eggs, which is favorable for the body.
In conclusion, it has to come to attention that consumption of eggs has more advantages than disadvantages. As much as it can be good to the body and form part of healthy diet, it can also cause harm to the body if it is taken without limits. Therefore, it is up to a person to decide whether he wants any of the above situation or not. All in all, eggs are one of the best components in your diet.
